What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. We thank you for your support!
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times for furniture items vary greatly depending on the destination. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks, sometimes less depending on the area.
What is the condition of your items?
Please reference individual items during events. For online shopping, photos description and details are provided. All items purchased through Monroe North Imports are considered "as is" in both representation and condition.
What if my product arrives damaged?
The natural patina that comes with antique and vintage furnishings and collectables is to be valued and expected. We have made every effort to document and note specific wear of individual pieces and would be happy to provide additional details and photographs upon request.

How do you handle shipping?
For large furniture and accessory items, we offer to connect you with both local and interstate delivery options. Clients are also welcome to procure their own delivery services. Delivery providers bear full responsibility for the items.

Our clients will handle payment directly with the shipper, with full access to them for communication and details.

Monroe North Imports is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs after the item has been purchased and the item has left our warehouse. Monroe North Imports is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs as a result of third-party shipping or delivery services. Monroe North Imports is not responsible to refund, restore or replace inventory that may experience damage, theft, loss or otherwise as a result of White Glove Shipping, Ground Shipping through FedEx, UPS or USPS, local third-party delivery providers, or Monroe North Imports staff assisting with load in or pick up.
Do you offer a local pickup option?
Yes we do! If you would like to pick up your items from our Monroe North Warehouse, we are available on Wednesdays by appointment from 9am to 3 pm. We appreciate 48 hours notice. Items purchased during special events must be picked up within 2 weeks and additional warehouse hours may be available. Please note that warehouse staff will not be available to assist in loading merchandise.
What is the insured value of my shipped items?
All items will be documented and photographed prior to shipment.

All third party delivery services offered by Monroe North Imports will insure delivered items at full retail value unless noted otherwise during the delivery quoting process. The client is responsible for any insurance deductibles and applicable paperwork related to filing an insurance claim.

Note that small items shipped via Monroe North Imports have a maximum declared value of $1000.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We do not have a retail store front and we do not maintain regular business hours. Shopping is available during our pop-up shop events at our warehouse in Grand Rapids Michigan and online through our website.
