For large furniture and accessory items, we offer to connect you with both local and interstate delivery options. Clients are also welcome to procure their own delivery services. Delivery providers bear full responsibility for the items.

Our clients will handle payment directly with the shipper, with full access to them for communication and details.

Monroe North Imports is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs after the item has been purchased and the item has left our warehouse. Monroe North Imports is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs as a result of third-party shipping or delivery services. Monroe North Imports is not responsible to refund, restore or replace inventory that may experience damage, theft, loss or otherwise as a result of White Glove Shipping, Ground Shipping through FedEx, UPS or USPS, local third-party delivery providers, or Monroe North Imports staff assisting with load in or pick up.

 

If you would like to pick up your items from our Monroe North Warehouse, we are available on Wednesdays by appointment from 9am to 3 pm. We appreciate 48 hours notice. Items purchased during special events must be picked up within 2 weeks and additional warehouse hours may be available. Please note that warehouse staff will not be available to assist in loading merchandise.

 

Estimated delivery times for furniture items vary greatly depending on the destination. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks, sometimes less depending on the area.
